Academic Structure

Category: Academic Structure

These courses are Ontario curriculum–aligned academic support programs for senior high school students. They are designed to strengthen mastery of Ontario Grade 11–12 math and physics courses but do not independently issue Ontario credits.

Category: Academic Structure

Students are evaluated through:

  • Weekly homework review
  • A midterm exam in Week 6
  • A final exam in Week 12

Evaluation focuses on both conceptual understanding and exam readiness.

Category: Academic Structure

This program is not designed for students who are severely behind without foundational knowledge.

Students who are mildly to moderately behind but motivated and willing to commit to consistent work may benefit from the structured support. In cases where a student is significantly behind, a consultation is required to determine whether alternative academic support is more appropriate.

We prioritize academic fit to ensure students can realistically succeed.

Category: Academic Structure

Each course runs for 12 weeks, plus 2 prerequisite sessions at the start to align students academically.

Weekly structure:

  • 2 hours/week of core instruction
  • Additional 1-hour problem-solving session before major exams

The structure mirrors real exam preparation timelines.

Category: Academic Structure

Yes. Parents receive a comprehensive academic feedback report after the final exam, summarizing performance, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Category: Academic Structure

Yes. Both the prerequisite alignment sessions and the problem-solving sessions are a required part of the program.

The prerequisite sessions ensure all students start the course with the necessary foundational knowledge, while the problem-solving sessions are designed to reinforce key concepts and prepare students for assessments and exams. Participation in these sessions is essential for academic progress and exam readiness.

Contact & Next Steps

Course details, schedules, and enrollment information are shared after an initial inquiry to confirm academic fit.

Late enrollment is accepted up to Week 2 only. Late-joining students receive access to recordings and all prior materials.

Students may review available recordings and materials to catch up, but consistent live attendance is strongly expected.

Students should be enrolled in or preparing for Ontario Grade 11–12 math or physics courses and able to participate in English-language instruction.

Payments & Policies

Tuition is structured on a per-course basis, with pricing determined by course level, duration, and instructional intensity. Full tuition details are provided before enrollment so families can make an informed decision without surprises.

Full payment is required prior to the first prerequisite session start date.

Due to limited cohort sizes and advance academic planning, enrollment is subject to the following refund policy:

  • A full refund is available within 48 hours of payment, provided the program has not started and the cohort has not yet been finalized.
  • Once the cohort is confirmed or the program has started (defined as the first mandatory prerequisite alignment session), tuition becomes non-refundable, including withdrawals prior to the first regular class session.
  • No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements are issued after the program begins.

This policy ensures program stability and fairness to all enrolled students.

Discounts are not routinely offered.
In some cases, bundled pricing may be available for students enrolling in multiple courses simultaneously. Any such options are communicated clearly during the enrollment process.

We prioritize academic quality and small class sizes over volume-based pricing.
